Each child from Nursery to Year 6, English stream and bilingual, has created a unique piece of art inspired by the Olympic Games. These masterpieces will be beautifully framed and available for purchase during our adults-only gallery evening.
The event entry ticket provides entry to the event, a complimentary refreshment, and a framed artwork created by your child, which you can keep.
All profits go toward improving children’s education: When you purchase this beautiful framed art, you’re not just adding a piece of decor to your home; you’re also investing in our children’s future. Every pound goes directly towards buying books, coding equipment, classroom supplies, providing award-winning resources for their education and playground enhancements.
Please consider adding a voluntary donation to make this effort even more meaningful here. Voluntary donations are also Gift-Aid eligible so they are tax efficient! For those who could not attend the Art Exhibition and wish to buy the framed artwork, we will have a sale/pick-up on Thursday, the 11th of July, from 3-4pm and on Friday, the 12th of July, from 8-9am in front of the school gates.

Can I pay for my child’s art without coming to the event?
We strongly encourage you to join us for this community event, as we would love to see parents participate. However, if you are not available, there may be a pick-up organized after the event.
Do I have to pre-purchase my child’s artwork?
No. Entry, Beverages and Artwork can be bought on-site but may be cheaper if pre-bought online.
Why are we paying for our child’s artwork?
The art exhibition has been organised by the BWA PTA Team who have paid Lavender Leonardos to help support this art event. They have created a dedicated tutorial video for teachers and children to follow. We have purchased A4 and A3 frames and materials for each piece of art so a small profit will be left over once all costs have been deducted.
What will the money be used for?
Every pound goes directly towards buying books, coding equipment, classroom supplies, providing award-winning resources for their education and playground enhancements.
What happens if I cannot attend but would like to purchase my child’s artwork?
We will be holding an artwork pick-up the week after the event. Details to be confirmed.
What happens if I cannot afford my childs artwork/s but I would really like to take it home?
Inclusivity is vital to us so please do contact the PTA on bwa.pta@gmail.com so we can assist you personally with absolute confidentiality.

Orders
Orders can be placed exclusively online. The shop will open on Monday 17th of June 2024 and will close on Thursday 27th of June 2023 at 21:00pm. We will not be able to accept orders after the online ordering is closed.
Event
The BWA PTA Art Exhibition event will take place on Thursday 27th of June, 7-9pm, at Belleville Wix Academy (Wix’s Lane Clapham Common North Side London SW4 0AJ).
This event is reserved exclusively for the community of Belleville Wix Academy & le Lycée Français de l’Ecole de Wix and their family.
Ticket
There are various ticket options. Each ticket states exactly what’s included. Entry, Beverages and Artwork can be bought on-site but may be cheaper if pre-bought online.
If you buy a ticket online to participate in this event, you will receive a confirmation email that will act as your event ticket.
Payment
Only card payment is accepted online. Since this is a cashless event, only card payments will be accepted on site as well.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Fundraising
The sale is a fundraising event for the BWA PTA. Profits will be allocated to improving the educational environment of the students of Belleville Wix Academy.
