Disco Entry Ticket – Nursery & Reception/MS – Fri 8/11/24 17:00

Location

The disco is scheduled to be held in the main hall of the school. Attendees are kindly asked to enter via the school reception’s blue door. Doors open at 5pm.

Please read some of the important information below:

1. A parent or carer is required to be present during the disco. The parent/carer is responsible for their child, however, your child may go along with a friend’s parent/carer as long as they are happy to be responsible for your child

2. If you are unable to leave siblings at home we have set up a separate ticket option for them. All siblings from the age of 3 must purchase a ticket to enter the disco. Children aged 0-2 years old and parents/carers go FREE.

3. A carton of juice and popcorn is included in the ticket price and additional snacks can be purchased on the night

4. Drinks will be sold for those parents who wish to drown out the noise 🙂

5. The main objective is for your little ones to put on their party shoes and dance the evening away with their friends!

Important – There will be loud music and flashing colourful lights!

Allergy warning

Where nuts are not in the listed product ingredients, we also cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nuts. As they might be produced in an environment that handles nuts, it is possible that cross-contamination may occur. For all other allergens, please check with the BWA PTA or APL team for the ingredient list prior to consuming any food. Buyers consume at their own risk.

Returns and exchanges 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The sale is a fundraising event for the BWA PTA and APL de l’Ecole de Wix.

Policy Clause on External Guests at the event

• Definition and Eligibility of External Guests:
  External guests are children who are not pupils of Belleville Wix Academy or Ecole de Wix but are invited to attend the event by primary attendees.
  External guests must align with the same age/year group criteria as the primary attendees.
• Guest Request and Approval:
  Primary attendees are permitted to request the inclusion of one external guest each.
  Requests for external guests must be submitted via email to bwa.pta@gmail.com no later than 48 hours before the event.
  Guest approvals will be determined by the organizers on a case-by-case basis. Approval considerations include but are not limited to, event capacity, adherence to age/year group restrictions, and maintaining a balance of attendees.
  Primary attendees will receive priority in the event of capacity constraints.
• Responsibility of Accompanying Adults:
  Each primary attendee and their external guest must be under the supervision of the same accompanying adult. This adult is responsible for the behaviour and safety of both the attendee and the guest during the event.
